Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie and local-storage item this site sets, why it is set, and how long it stays. We aim to keep this list short — your site should not need twenty trackers to load.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use only the categories below. We do not run advertising networks, audience-extension platforms, or cross-site remarketing on this site.
2. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Storage | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Consent choice | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. | local storage | 12 months | Strictly necessary |
| Anonymous session stats | Counts page views in aggregate, without identifying you. | first-party cookie | 30 minutes | Statistics (opt-in) |
| Form draft (in-progress RFQ) | Restores text you typed into a quote form if the page reloads. | session storage | Until tab closes | Strictly necessary |
3. What we do not set
- Third-party advertising cookies (Doubleclick, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Cross-site remarketing pixels.
- Fingerprinting scripts.
- Server-side tracking that bypasses browser opt-outs.
4. Your choices
On first load you see a three-button consent banner (Accept all / Reject all / Essential only). Your choice is stored and honored for 12 months. You can change it anytime by clearing the consent item in your browser and reloading.
If you reject analytics, we do not load the statistics cookie. If you accept, only the items listed above load — never advertising.
5. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view and delete cookies in Settings. For instructions in yours: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge.
6. Do we sell the data?
No. The data above is used to make the site work and to understand, in aggregate, which content helps buyers. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
7. Updates
If we add a new cookie, we update this page and bump the date below. We will not silently add advertising trackers.
